A BUSY FESTIVE SEASON - OUR COLLECTION GROWS SOME MORE
The 2WheelsMiklos Collection has received a serious boost over the holiday break.
Firstly was the arrival of the 1966 Pannonia T5. A 250cc two stroke single from Hungary. This bike is all there but needs a major restoration - as can be seen from picture below. To do the restoration we have become an accredited Pannonia parts dealer - affiliated to the Hungarian supplier.
Then came a 1996 Harley Davidson FLSTN Heritage Softail Nostalgia. A limited edition Evo engined bike in green and silver. In pristine condition with original paint and only appropriate period mods. The bike came from South Africa and has had one owner since 1996. Picture below.
Another V-twin was then added - but this time a 72 degrees 1973 Moto Morini 3 1/2 (350cc) Strada in very good condition. Pictures will follow.
Finally, we have just taken delivery of a 1971 Honda CB500 Four K0 in absolutely original condition with original Candy Brown paint. This means we now have the 350, 500 and 750 SOHC Honda Fours in the collection. Again pictures will follow.
The 'Collection' page of the website is being updated with these bikes and of course they are in our showroom for you to see in the flesh - means the Collection now numbers 39.
Then a very sad story. Our painter, Cycle Sprays, had a major disaster just before Christmas. His paint shop burnt down. Fortunately no-one was injured but of course painting has stopped. Some of our Nimbus was there getting its green and silver paint. Of course this did not happen due to the accident and we are having to make alternative arrangements. We are now trying to help Tony to get back up and running ASAP.
